The main functions of this Department are:
Maintenance of a copy of building plan of each
holding.
Elections of Ward Commissioners-: Municipal Board
along with the Govt. decides to hold the election and then communicates
the decision to the DC who then conducts the whole process of election
of Ward Commissioners.
Government notifications.
Maintenance of training programs from Government and from private
entrepreneur.
Dealings all the Government Correspondence, issues and receipts.
Maintenance of Government proceedings.
